The Film Set in Serednikovo

The first thing you notice in the artificial city is a port. All the water was poured out, and you will see the bottom of the pool covered with ruberoid. As in any other commercial port, there is a cargo crane there, made completely from wood. Right behind the crane, you will find a hotel "Lion's". If you walk along the embankment from the hotel, you can reach a city square with a scaffold. There is a washstand in the square with an exact date of the action time - 1710. According to the scenario of the movie, which was made there, the action unfolds in Vyborg right after the death of Peter the First.

The film set looks very real. It's a favourite place of many photographers and tourists.

• How to get there: from Leningradsky railway station until the station Firsanovka, then you should get the bus 40 until the last bus-stop near the health resort "Mstyri". The trip by bus will take you about 10 minutes. The bus runs 1-2 times an hour. From the last station, where the bus stops, you will need to go on foot about 10 minutes along the highway and, as soon as you see the ships, turn to the left to the entrance.
