New Year's Presents for VDNH Guests: Discounts and Free Tickets to Exhibitions

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.

1. Seven exhibitions will open their doors for visitors of the ice rink:
2. Space: the Birth of a New Era at Pavilion No. 1 Central;
3. Encyclopedia of Photography (1891-1991) at Pavilion No. 15 Radio Electronics and Communication;
4. Non-classical Portrait. 20th Century Art Exhibition at Pavilion No. 59 The Grain
5. #project64: IN/DEPENDENCE at Pavilion No. 64 Optics;
6. Exposition on the History of the USSR Transport - All Passengers Happily Alight at the Terminus at Pavilion No. 67 Karelia;
7. Russian Innovations and Inventions at Pavilion No. 26 Transport
8. Cinema Time at Pavilion No. 66 Culture.

On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m., upon presenting a skating rink ticket (purchased the same day or a day before), a visitor may attend these exhibitions at a 50% discount (150 rubles for a standard ticket, and 50 rubles for a reduced-fare ticket).

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The most precious New Year's surprise for visitors of the Main Exhibition of the country will be presented in the morning hours, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on these same days: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. For the first time, hours for free attendance of exhibitions will be introduced at VDNH, as it is done in the best museums of the world. Now, everyone will have an opportunity to learn about the history of space exploration, development of the portrait genre and photography, urban transport, and technical thought in Russia, classical Russian movies, and modern art completely at no charge. Not even a skating rink ticket is required for this. Entrance to the expositions will be free for every visitor of VDNH.

Special offers at the Robostation

Besides that, on the same days, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., two special offers will be available at the Robostation in Pavilion No. 2 Public Education: "After Skating, Visit the Robots!" at a 20% discount with a skating rink ticket, and also "Bring an Adult Along", according to which, any child aged 3 to 12 can visit the Robostation at no charge, if accompanied by an adult with a purchased ticket.

All the special offers are valid until December 31, 2016.
