The State Biology Museum named after K.A. Timiryazev is a natural science museum, founded in 1922.
The funds of the museum contain exhibits from various collections. Among other things such as plants and animals within the expositions there are many photos, graffiti, paintings, animalistic sculptures and rare books on science and many other things.
Especially for children the museum has worked out thematic programs with biological quests, practical studies with microscopes and demonstration of various experiments.
