A new amazing cafe has opened in Moscow in March 2012. It is not just a cafe, but a real Moominhouse - a place where cooks and waiters are like a Moominfamily. Here you can watch a slide film, learn how to fold interesting origami items or listen to fairy tales by Hans Christian Andersen. The menu of the cafe contains only those dishes, which a Moominmother would cook herself. Here you can order dishes without meat, greenery, spices and change them as you like...

There are many shelves with handmade items at the Moomincafe. Here you will find works dedicated to moomins as well as other wonderful handmade things.

Also, the cafe hosts many interesting activities, which it's worth to visit, such as:

- film shows;

- different masterclasses:
  Origami,
  Making toys from felt,
  Painting Moomins on T-shirts,
  Art of decorating an objectc called "Decoupage";
  and many others;

- concerts.

At "Moomincafe" you can listen to music by different modern groups, such as "Avenue Blues" and "Rabbit's price". Concerts take place not often, because the cafe has been working for only about a month, but it is quite clear that they will become a part of the weekly program very soon.

Besides, here you can take part in a game called "Dangerous Tuesdays" - an analogy to the famous "Mafia", but with its own characters and attributes.
