Charity Shop in Moscow

A new unusual shop "The Shop of Joy" has recently opened in Moscow. It is the first Charity Shop in the capital of Russia. At the shop all things are not on sale, but are accessible only for donation. The donation amount is free, it depends only on the goodwill of the visitors.

You can bring to the shop anything that you don't use without compensation - clothes, shoes, jewellery, books, etc. All donated money are transfered to the charitable organization "Altogether" for the current dispensing of charity.

If you have something at home in a good condition, but which you don't use and don't want to throw away, you can really help the shop in its wonderful activity. It can be a bag or a book - something that might be interesting to other people. Just bring it to "The Shop of Joy", and they will try to find a new owner for it. Also, you can choose and take something at the shop yourself.  A dress, shoes, toys, bags, a belt, a frame, cups, makeup, jewellery, etc. You will find everything you need there!

The shop is located in a very nice place - the gallery "The space of the Dolls". At the gallery you will see a beautiful collection of dolls from the whole world! Antique and modern dolls, different characters from fairy tales, copies of famous people and others. You should come there and see it yourself!

• In order to enter the shop, at first you will need to buy a ticket at the gallery "The space of the Dolls", which is 250 rubles per one person. For that price you will manage to see both the gallery and the shop. Besides, if you save your ticket, you will manage to visit the gallery and the shop as many times as you'd like during the whole year.

• Working hours: from Tuesday thourgh Sunday - from 11.00 until 20.30.

• Where: "Vetoshniy", the gallery "The space of the Dolls".

• Address: 13, Vetoshniy Lane, on the 4th floor, not far from the metro stations "Kitay-gorod" and "Ploshadi revoliutsii".
