Currently there are 17 such cafes in Moscow. The main idea and purpose of this network is “Baking delicious bread, hand-made of course, with a crispy crust”. The menu also contains special “organic” and vegetarian dishes. But be careful: the fact that there is no meat in the dish doesn’t mean that there are no animal products in general.
